Other things: I'm a developing musician, financially sound, and am working towards a 2nd set of degrees in psychology/philosophy. I have career aspirations that are not only huge, but have been carefully considered with respect to the future possibility of parenting (note: possibility, not requirement). I dabble with photography, combat my sitting-still work with physical fitness, read "The Road" obsessively until it was finished, and I don't think all silence needs to be awkward.
