On a first date I would want my date partner to be proud to be with me. I would want him to feel comfortable if we were at a formal conference, a business affair, or on a hiking trail. I am now a widow but I had a very successful marriage. The reason it was successful is that we both knew to give 100% of ourselves. I would never make a man feel unimportant. In my mind making a mate feel special, making a date smile, and making a mate feel great is the most important part of partner.

I can go with just about any kind of music. I go to the gym 5x per week and usually rock out to something on my ipod. At home I listen to the standards. I grew up with country. I just recently retired from teaching but I'm going back into the profession on a part time basis. Right now I'm enjoying free time. I have a Lhaso Apso (dog). He is my little partner and anyone I date would at least like dogs. I have a beautiful home and spend time keeping it that way. I live in El Cajon so East County would be nice. When the market changes I might move, I'm thinking of Liberty Station. I believe the future will be bright. Bonnie
