Laugh much? Laughing every day is my goal. I would have just as good a time at the opera as at a hockey game! I'm an open-minded, low-maintenance gal who's traveled a lot and lived in a lot of different places. I've lived in this area about a year and really love it, the variety it has to offer. Right now life is busy (isn't everyone's?) and because of that I relish time that I can relax and kick back with friends and/or family.

I like looking at art, making art, spending time outdoors, spending time with my kids, and finding new places to have a meal or hear some music. I'm usually game to learn something new and step into your world as long as you're willing to do the same!

Musically, I can listen to anything in limited doses but generally gravitate to alternative rock, world music; some faves are Michael Franti, U2, Coldplay, 3 Doors Down, Gypsy Kings, Matisyahu, John Mayer, Billie Holiday, Ministry, Linkin Park, Cat Stevens, Sade.

Movies -- anything from action (love Luc Besson) to foreign to documentaries to the occasional goopy feel-good thing.

First face-to-face meeting would be coffee somewhere quiet. If that goes well, maybe check out some art downtown, ethnic food, a quiet stroll. Do I keep saying quiet? Loud is ok, too -- loud music, loud movies, loud dancing -- but later on, after we've had a chance to talk.
