Big outdoor enthusiast. I know lots of people say that, but I am serious about it. I don't just enjoy the view, I like the science and engineering behind the beauty. I immerse myself in it..and spend lots of time doing that.
I have a wide variety of interests...I am like a sponge. I like science, math, technology, theories, ideas, social sciences, conspiracies, climbing, antiques, building things, martial arts, road trips, travel, beaches (not Galveston, that place is filthy), geology, bike riding, other cultures, pretending to be a rancher(I have land but no ranch animals), wine tasting, art, museums, NPR, and just general exploring and adventuring.

I like rock and roll mostly...but also enjoy Middle Eastern traditional music, some classical, some ambient (think ECHOES on public radio), and most 80's music...which as I get older sounds better and better. I love listening to the opening sequence of the movie "Black Hawk Down" and also when in menu mode. If it sounds good, I'll listen to it.

Sometimes I watch or listen to advertisements just to analyze the propoganda and sales techniques. (brainwashing and psychological manipulation)

I hate it when I get a yahoo email telling me I have a message here...I click on new messages, and there are none to speak of. The delay is so long that I had already responded to that PoF message an hour ago... hmmm.

Some ideas: comparing refrigerator magnets (or kids pictures hanging from them), practice frog calls on a rainy night, taking photos together in a photo booth and see if we look like a couple, discussing the latest trend in microbial mechanization over a drink or two, go to a mall and make out on the escalator, play two square or maybe four square if you have friends.
