Here I am at the beginning of a new year and I am very excited about the future. Life just gets better!! My problem is that, life seems to move faster. I do miss the turtles pace that life moved at when I was young and full of spit and fire.

I have lived by a code since those days and it is, "Your only limitation is the ones that your mind creates." It has served me well. I broke through the bonds of growing up in a small town and have moved through life with a sense of adventure and excitement.

Have you ever seen the movie, "Second Hand Lions?" That is kinda what I would like to be when I got older or the grandpa in, "Summer of the Monkeys." Life moves on and just think of where you would have been if you did not take that step out of your door.

I finally stepped into my profession at my ripe olde age and I can truly say that I love my job. I am facinated by the complexity of the game and the rules that seem to be just lines drawn in the sand. Why here and why is this a good idea? Plus, there is nothing like being paid to shoot your mouth off in public.

I am on this site because I wonder if there is a woman that walks the same path. A person that finds it facinating that people gather in Richwood Kentucky in a large metal building to sell stuff. And, why is the fried chicken there better than the chicken made at KFC? Or who decided that it was a good idea to cut up a raw fish and wrap it in seaweed?

I digress..... I like movies, my job and Mondays... I eat food that is healthy and food that is not so healthy (damn cheese burgers) I have good hygene, I am not vein (I can go to long without a haircut), I do not live with my parents, (they don't live down the street or in the same state), I love my kids and cherish my time with them..... TRUE STORY: My kids came to work with me one day and while they were in the office the staff put them to work cleaning the office. Well when they were done one of my coworkers fired them (It was a joke)....lol.... My son took it pretty hard but when he got paid he got over it. A day later my coworker was on TV and my kids were screaming about being fired by him. Anyway I told my coworker about this and he talked about it for days after. What a good time with my kids.....
