I have a passion for many things in life. I love to read and learn new things. I love to gain new knowledge, especially from those who are wiser. I love to share happiness between people. I aspire to acquire discernment and compassion. I fear, love and believe strongly in GOD, but do not espouse any particular religion.

I have been an entrepreneur for 12 years, building a company that helps businesses acquire their technical and engineering talent. I have an incredible passion for this business and love the challenges it provides. As I have grown with my company and gained new insights I realized more and more how important the people are that surround me. Something many business owners who stay small focus on doing all the work, not trusting it to the people around them. I am fortunate to have amazing people doing the day to day work to keep the gears of the company moving while allowing me to focus on working "On" the business, not "In" it.

When not at work I love to enjoy music, all kinds. I have music that ranges from classical to top 40. As long as it is enjoyable to listen to, I have no predefined music tastes.

I love to cook healthy and keep myself in shape. I try to keep good nutrition and exercise habits. It took me time to understand that the body is a temple for the mind. You have to take good care of your body to have a healthy functioning mind. I am not overly zealous on diet and exercise, everything in good measure.

I enjoy social events, concerts, museums and art shows, movies, dancing (poorly), Sunday drives, brain teasers, book stores, technology and listening to people with unique viewpoints.

I have goals which I set regularly. The ones I focus on the most are yearly goals that are more big picture. I do set short term goals as well as longer term goals for who I want to be. One long term goal which I aspire to is, "To be a great philanthropist in my later years."

I like to read Proverbs regularly. There is so much wisdom and knowledge to be learned from the sayings of King Solomon, the author of Proverbs.

I would love to meet someone and take the time to understand that person. I think that can only come with time. Before something serious can develop, a friendship that is based on building each other up is so important to create. Once the foundation is set, then building from there is that much easier and more rewarding. The people I get along with best are those who are also seekers of knowledge, humble, opinionated but open minded to other views, passionate for all things in life, calm and kind.

On the first meeting with someone I think finding a comfortable setting to enjoy each other's views is good. Although I am open to something wilder like bungee jumping or go cart racing. I think a lot can be learned about people through phone conversations as well.
