First, the profile pic with the lady in pink is me and a friend at a POF function. We are just friends. The site says I am Capricorn which is incorrect. I am Aquarius, born on the day that Dwight D. Eisenhower was inaugurated President. I cut my hair back in May 09. It was shoulder length, not anymore.

I am, I think, a simple man. I have my faults and my strengths, my weaknesses and so forth. I have longed my whole life for that ONE true love. I believe she is out there, if not, would I be here? I think not.

I love the ocean, salt water has it's healing effects. I am fortunate to live in Boynton Beach, the closest city to the gulf stream. Certified since 1973, I have made dives along the coast of Florida from the Keys to Sebastian as well as the Bahamas. I'm into photography and video both in the water and on land, as well as spearfishing and lobster diving. I have a small boat and a good bit of equipment and experience.

Interested in the law, I was a Military Policeman in the mid-70s, and in the last few years have represented myself in court in several cases (traffic & civil) with favorable results.

I enjoy writing, generally about personal experiences, and had a story published in a marine related magazine a couple of years ago.

I have been to England, France, Belgium, Amsterdam, Freeport, Nassau and Bimini as well as most of the 50 states. Someday I would like to visit Japan, South America and Australia.

I like classic rock, some country, Jimmy Buffett and Bob Seger are among my favorites.

On Sundays I go to church with my 81 year old mother.

Music is and has been an integral part of my life since childhood. My Mom sings and played the piano earlier in her life. I credit her with instilling the love of music in me. I played electric bass in a garage band back in the late 70s and still have the bass and amp although I am way out of practice. At this point I have found just a bit of vocal talent and have been onstage a few times with a local rock band doing Clapton, Buffett, Lynyrd Skynyrd and such. It's fun and the feeling one gets when there is a bit of applause is indescribable.

I could go on and on, ad infinitum. I would rather hear about You. There are so many interesting and beautiful ladies on this site, I wish I had found it sooner.

What am I looking for in a mate? Good question. She would be intelligent but not a genius, soft spoken and feminine. Hair color and eye color are unimportant, neither is an hourglass figure, it's all good. What's important is what is on the inside.

On a first date I would speak with the lady on the phone first to learn what type of scenario she would prefer. Usually this would involve meeting at a restaurant or other public place, but perhaps picking her up at home. We could do dinner and a movie, a boat ride on the ICW, or any number of things.
