Hi, I'm Amy. I'm a 22 year old Social Work student currently working two jobs and pursuing a degree in Social Work and possibly Political Science. Both of my jobs include working with people with disabilities/those with special needs/the elderly. I love my occupation and could not be happier. I also am a sucker for animals in need. I will frequently bring home any stray I see or adopt animals and foster them until they get a permanent loving home.
I am a strong, smart, independent, compassionate and goofy person. I get along with most people, unless they are absolutely nuts. I try to go out when I get a chance, but I prefer dates in rather than dates out. I love staying home and watching a great movie with some dinner and drinks. When I do go out it is usually to see live music downtown, a comedy show or the movie theater.
I hate chocolate, candle lit dinners, country music, rap music and Coldplay. I love folk rock music, being a bleeding heart Liberal, animals, deep conversations, having a drink and laughing until I can't breathe..
I'm also addicted to tattoos.. eight and counting..


I am NOT attracted to: "group activities", men, casual encounters, "gangstas" or women who are bi.

I'm relatively new at the dating scene; I didn't come out until early this year. So dating for me is a new concept.. I prefer to get a drink or get something to eat when I'm getting to know someone, that gives us a chance to really talk and see if we connect.
