I am new to Montreal with friends and family back in Toronto. There is so much to see and experience yet in this great City of Montreal and I am thrilled to be here to improve my French, and immerse myself in the French and Quebec culture. I have great respect for the people of Quebec who pride themselves on setting themselves apart from the people of most other provinces in that they have adopted an entire culture for themselves, unlike any other in this great country of ours. I am eager to be part of that and am looking forward to meeting people to introduce me to your great culture.

I like to be surprised and impulsive is good too. A day trip to Quebec City or some other wonderful community in this great province would be fantastic. Pick up and go at a moment's notice. I am eager to experience Quebec's musical and cinematic cultures as well and try the night life on St-Denis. I love green and enjoy walking through Mont-Royal although my mobility is limited due to an ever present cane and knee brace (hopefully knee replacement will cure that problem in a year or two). I love moonlight and sunsets/sunrises. A picnic at sunset/sunrise by the water is my idea of a very romantic date. I love the water and all the scenery around it. I dream of living in California some day. Any occasion on or by the water is my favourite...In winter, I pretty much hang around home but once spring comes out, would love to get out more...
