Well let's get you caught up.....

When I finished High school I decided that I wanted to take some time off and really figure out what I wanted to do in life and just have some fun. Mostly have some fun... I even moved out to Calgary for a year, which was a good time! Ultimately, I decided Architecture is what I want to do. Next year I will be doing a drafting program at NSCC, then applying to Dalhousie’s Architecture program. As much as I am looking forward to going back to school, I am honestly going to miss the freedom *sigh* so I am looking to make the most of what free time I have left (and if I find someone special in the process that would be nice too :)). This is where you come in!

Sports have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played soccer for almost 9 years when I was younger. I tried baseball for a year but was never any good! Now, I play handball and have been doing so for around 9 years. I have done very will with it over the years and even got a gold medal at the 2007 Canadian Nationals =). Because of a lame finger injury though, I have been unable to play for almost 2 months *sigh*. Don't worry, it wasn't fatal.

Recently, I have developed quite the liking for martial arts(though I am still not sure where it came from). I enjoy watching the UFC and also do some kickboxing and jujitsu now. Ironically ,I am probably the most gentle and unconfrontational person you will meet!

As much as I enjoy being active, spending a day doing nothing but just watching movies, relaxing etc. is always nice from time to time. Going out for a some drinks once in a while is nice, too, so long as there's good company!

My family means a lot to me and have always supported me with anything I wanted to do in life. My brother (though I don't believe he always thinks the same) is one of my best friends :). Besides, it's not like I can give them back...

Over the years the term that keeps showing up to describe me is "Strong, Silent type", and it is pretty accurate! I have a dry sense of humor, but I can pretty much laugh at anything and though not always quick to makes jokes, I definitely have my moments.

I only look at the good that has come from my life so far, such as; I am very independent (though I am always willing to let the right person change that!) and capable of taking care of myself. I have very "thick skin" and don't let things bring me down and have become a very nice person as a result.

Well, that is me and, of course, there is more but that can be saved for later. Tell me about you!
