So at first this was my profile:

I like old things, music, cars, movies, and most anything else you can imagine. I used to play in a band but we sucked so now I just like to go watch others do it right. I'm a big tall nerd who wears glasses and can make you laugh. I do have 2 kids but they don't live with me. That's about all I can offer


I later decided I needed to write more so here we go.

Let's start with music. My life has a soundtrack and it's as simple as that. Musc is the stuff dreams are made of. Spend any time with me and you're going to learn the lyrics to all the songs your parents and even grand parents knew. You're going to know EVERY Sinatra song and Elvis song and you'll thank me for it. You're gonna know the Beatles b-sides, you're gonna know the name of the band Sam Cooke sang for before he became Sam Cooke. Hell some of you may just now be looking up Sam Cooke. It's not just old stuff either. Anyway, I used to play in a band, now I mostly work sound for other vintage bands in the DFW area.

Okay so now the rockabilly thing. Some folks like to label me as rockabilly. I guess when you grease your hair and cuff your jeans and listen to Wayne Hancock, the straights call you rockabilly. But ask any most guys and gals in the scene and they will tell you otherwise. I don't live and breath, eat drink and sleep rockabilly. I'm not tattooed at all. I like tatts, hell I love them, I just never prioritized getting something done. I just like a lot of the same stuff. Nothing against them at all, I love hanging with them. Rob has cut my hair for over 10 yrs and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Activities. Well I'm not going to tell you I like to get out and be active. I like to work and if that work puts me outside then that's where I'm standing. I am a mr fix it. I'm very handy and mechanical. Up until my divorce I was building a 1940 chevy truck. How's that for an activity. I do like the idea of traveling. I do travel for work, lots of time in NOLA. As far as out of the country, I've never been but plan to before I check out. More than once hopefully.

I watch movies, a lot of movies. To more to the point I don't watch TV, I don't watch Dancing with the Stars or America's got talent. I get on Netflix and watch a new/old movie. My favorites would be Casablanca, Every Coen Bros movie, Horror flix (gotta love Evil Dead), and foreign. Don't be afraid of subtitles.

I'm an only child and latch key kid on top of that. I don't mind being alone, I find I don't get disappointed as much that a way. I've always said if I won the lottery I would buy my own island and no one would ever see me again. That's a bold statement I like to think its true. Maybe its just cause I haven't met anyone to take there with me.
I am very funny. Mostly in the story telling department. I don't believe my life is any more interesting than anyone elses I just believe I can make you die laughing at the way I tell you about it. I am a tell skinny nerd who wears glasses that were made in the 50's. I love to make people laugh and I see the world a little different than most people. I tend to be absolute about things. Very on or off or good or bad, its a flaw, I'm working on it.

Well maybe I'll add more to this later but this pulls back the curtian a little more.

Why do so many of you have pics of yourself in a car? Either in the driver or passenger seat. And it looks like the pickture was taken from the A/C vent. Whats up with that?

Were all "Drama Free" and were all "Not looking for Drama" Ah ha, okay I got it.

Aso the main reason were here is to check out the profiles of everyone else. If we could window shop without posting our own profile we would. Admit it you were pissed you had to answer all of those questions just so you could window shop. =)

After reading the above the only thing I can offer would be his and her tattoos. =)
