I am living my life in an active, engaged way, and would love a fabulous man to join me. I'd interested in meeting someone who's physically active, but you certainly don't need to be a total athletic freak (I'm not). I'd like to meet someone who is healthy, vibrant, and passionate - someone who already enjoys his life, but think it might be more fun with a caring, loving partner. I'm into being real and minimizing drama in my life.

I like to run, ski at Alta, hike, cook, and read. I love my morning coffee. I enjoy most kinds of music (from Sibelius to Miles Davis to Fergie, but not really country). I love the writings of Pema Chodron and Thich Nhat Hahn and tend to read more non-fiction than fiction. I feel lucky to live at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains. They are ever-changing and beautiful. I have two cats and just adopted a dog.

Rather than organized religion, I prefer quiet reflection and prayer, and being out in nature. My God is in the mountains, the sea, the desert.

I love my job and the people with whom I work. Life is too short to work at a job you hate. I am blessed to have some very good friends.

I value people that are not just tolerant, but inclusive. Everyone on this planet has something to offer. My politics are liberal.

Family and the commitments you make to them are important, whether that be your children or your parents. If you have kids, they should be your priority.

I'm interested in dating and a long-term relationship. Marriage isn't necessarily my goal, but who knows?! I'm open to what the universe has to offer. It's important to have a basis of friendship first before pursuing more.
