I suppose I'm hoping to find that "perfect one". Yet, I'm a realist and expect If I find her she'll be a closet lesbian or worse...outted liberal.

Sooo, Instead I hope to find a lifetime mate and together share the outdoors, lakes, travel, scripture, coffee, fellowship, trading, and of course romance. I suppose love would be kinda neat. I suspect after 40ish that becomes a fairy tale. "I love you, but" (enter your particular annoying mental illness here). Gary Allen's Smoke Rings in the Dark song comes to mind.

Not that I have numerous younger ladies hurling undergarments my way, or older for that matter, but I do prefer older women. Since that 8th grade teacher who always wore fitted skirts and heels I've been the fervent admirer and can't imagine that changing. I'd like to think the interest is a mature, sophisticated, refined taste... but we both know better. I'm among the more affectionate sort- very giving, appreciative, usually polite and reserved.

I love quiet nights with classical sounds. The smooth classical tho, not the bouncy sound of pops or overtures. I enjoy Enya, Johnny Mathis, Sinatra of course- Celtic or Gregorian Chant is nice. I like alternative music too. I've been a 25 year fan of U2 and INXS. I'd hop in the car and drive to L.A. to see Social Distortion play 'I was wrong'. G. Strait, Pam Tillis, Gary Stewart and most Texas Country are favorites. Not a movie goer as most hollywood produced material insults my sense of evangelical patriotism. However, a Pacino/DeNiro flik is always worth the 9 dollar raisenettes. I have some views on religious and political history which I suspect will differ from your's- as they do with most. Mine are somewhat more fundamentalist Christian views with disdain for the "modernism" movement within the flock. Yea, old fashioned, I know.

I have a private pilot license with comm., multi-engine, and instrument ratings if you're familiar. Since my Dad's recent passing, I've become more interested in flying as we shared that passion for many years. I enjoy boating, sports, and photography. Amateur tho I am, I'd enjoy photography as a mutual hobby. If you'd enjoy kayaking, fishing, camping, (only when nice and cool and preferably in pine trees) then we'd probably enjoy each other.

I'm not one for tatts, piercings, or neo-pagan religious left politics. I tend to be conservative but playful and enjoy most things sensual and/or erotic. I'll leave playful undefined, but If I had the choice of an evening with June Cleaver or Pamela Andeson, I'd be sporting the cardigan sweater and those control top sock thingys in a heartbeat...Yes Dear.
