If I were making a list describing the perfect man for me, I'd definitely have intelligent, educated, creative, and humorous at the top. Ideally he'd also be taller than me, be a great speller, and have nice teeth. I'm looking for a man who embodies those qualities, someone who is always willing to try something new, is a truly decent person, and one that can be a bit of a goofball. He would also like to play video games; with me and/or my kids/his kids, go to the occasional art gallery, converse on philosophical subjects, and watch almost every sci-fi and action movie that comes to the theater. I'd like to find someone who likes to camp and fish on occasion, watch my awesome new HD tv (but only the shows that I like ; ), and one that will bring some new interests of his own into my life.

If you're one of the rare few who are 'drama-free' then you must not have any friends, family, or job to speak of - either that or you've been stranded on a deserted island for the last 20 years. I'm not saying that my ex bangs on my door weekly or that your's should, but life is made up of little dramas. So if you consider a touch of drama to be something other than the spice that brightens up an otherwise dull existence, keep fishing.

I fully expect everyone on here to be totally honest in their profiles. Who wants to waste their time with half truths and lies and get busted when we meet? That's just silly. So, that being said:

I am a funny, smart, and pretty good looking woman who is a bit shy in the beginning but becomes totally outrageous over time. I've been divorced/separated for a total of six years. I'm also the mom of two boys who turned 14 and 7 this summer. I'm happy and can usually keep myself occupied but I'd like to meet someone that knocks my socks off, challenges me intellectually, and will nap with me on drizzly days. I'm open to dating (if I can remember how), but I'm still looking for someone to spend my toothless, wrinkled and crotchety years with. Right now I've got all my teeth and maybe only one wrinkle so I hope that period of my life is a long way off.

I haven't had a chance to try out Vintage 22. Maybe we'd start there and see how it goes?
