Still dreaming...

I am a very passionate person with a seemingly laid back outer shell. The illusion is not a deliberate one; it just naturally evolved that way. I have intense feelings about this I believe in. I believe in honor, courtesy, gallantry, loyalty towards friends and loved ones and the privacy of the individual. Old-fashioned and archaic ideas perhaps but part of my psyche nonetheless. I love to read and have faith in the old saw -- that knowledge never ends. I enjoy open, intelligent conversation and good company. I also greatly appreciate a sense of humor in others.

I am not blind to my faults -- and I am sure I have a few. :) I am somewhat naive and very aware of this fact. In some twisted way, my mind insists on recognizing it as a virtue. Perhaps it has shades of innocence which my subconscious does not want to give up. Other faults you will just have to discover on your own (smile).

People describe me as: elegant, classic, feminine, sexy, someone with a strong sense of style (I studied interior design), charming, witty, fun and funny. Most importantly, I am warm, genuine and real.

Settling for a man is not an option because I believe I bring a lot to the table. I am a focused, well-respected individual in my career and daily life and I have strong values: I am honest, loyal, trustworthy, and sincere. I am also self-aware which makes me open and curious about others and our place in the world.

New to the NJ area, I am looking for a good man with a passion and zest for life and living it.

Intelligent people know others but enlightened people know themselves. Know yourself. Life is too short for the frivilous! ;-)
