When I truly care about someone, I give you my all. I love and am extremely loyal to my friends and family. I can be a big goof, am always up for anything and love to laugh. I love trying new things and traveling to new and unique places. I have a slight obsession with Marilyn Monroe and dachshunds. I try to be creative whenever possible, which is now turning into a long process of decorating my new apartment. I went to school in Boston, where I spent a semester in Europe, and lived in the North End for 3 years, and now moved out to Allston to be closer to work. I feel like I know this city (at least this side of the river) like the back of my hand, so I'm challenging anyone to show me somewhere new. I like setting challenges and goals for myself to give me something to work towards. Running like a maniac has been the latest challenge--and I just started officially training for the Boston Marathon!

Things I'm really excited about: some trips to NYC to visit my best friends, assistant coaching a middle school girls basketball team, a Disney Princess Half Marathon in March (I'm kind of a closet fan of Disney), and running the 2010 BOSTON MARATHON!!!

I used to have a whole list of things I was looking for in a guy. But really, I just want someone who values most of the same things as me. A guy who deep down is a good person, has respect for himself and everyone around him, and can be really open and able to laugh, like, those laughs that make your whole body convulse laugh. I want something different than what I've been used to.

I love dates that are out of the ordinary, and would much rather prefer to DO something with someone on a first date rather than just get to know each other over a plate of food.

I would look and see if there's anything interesting going on in Boston that day/night, maybe a jazz performance, or an exhibit at a museum, or a Celtics game, and do something that would create conversation besides the normal "what's your favorite color?" topics. Then see where it takes us! To a restaurant, a bar, a park..wherever :)
