While I understand a certain amount of e-mailing is necessary to break the ice, I prefer to meet in person. I learned long ago that there is so much more to communication than the words that are said (or written).

Most of my spare time is spent outdoors - camping, hiking, fishing or riding my motorcycle with friends. I keep myself busy, but I also make time to play and recharge the batteries. Having said that, I enjoy movies and music either live or recorded. I have a massive music collection that has a little of everything except rap. I can't wait for ski season! NM is such a great place to live and has so many things to do, I couldn't think of a better place to live - well, maybe Hawaii.

I've had a long and lucrative career in sales. I'm established at the same company for over 15 years. I take care of my responsibilities and am not very tolerant of those who don't.

I was married for a long time, but that's in the past. I'm just trying to start fresh and hope to find a friend to share new experiences. My sense of humor has gotten me through some pretty rough times over the past two years and it's a more positive way to deal with stress than some other choices.

My taste in music and entertainment could best be described as off the beaten path. Favorite movies include; Pulp Fiction, The Big Lebowski and most of the Cohen Brothers films.

On a date? Let's see - why not go somewhere and watch the sunset or city lights and just get to know each other? We'd have to bring some munchies and wine, for when the conversation lags.

For that first face to face I'd say somewhere nuetral. I respect the concern people have about that first meeting, so I'd say somewhere in public. A book store or coffee house would work. In the afternoon, it would be preferable to go for a snack, Ice Cream, baked goods - that sort of thing. I can't handle coffee after noon.
