I just recently became a single mom. My little boy has quickly become the love of my life. Along with the full-time job of being a new mom, I'm going to school online and working as a veterinary technician with a mobile animal clinic on the weekends.

I'm a really laid back person. I'm totally weird, silly, sarcastic and witty. I love to laugh and I can find humor in almost any situation. I enjoy being spontaneous but don't count on me to make a decision, I'm horrible at it! I love learning new things. If there's ever something I'm not sure about, I google it. I am a googling fool. I love reading about metaphysics, quantum mechanics, sacred geometry, philosophy, reincarnation, the amazing Edgar Cayce and pretty much anything that seems totally crazy or weird. I also love to travel whenever I get the chance. My favorite places to visit have a lot of history to them. I try to go on a ghost tour in any historic city I end up in. That being said, I'm terrified of the possibility of seeing a ghost. I believe knowledge is power and fear is fueled by ignorance so I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the things that I'm afraid of.

I looove movies, whether it's watching them at home or going out to the theater, I'm always up for a good movie. Some of my favorites are What Dreams May Come, The Abyss, 300, Pan's Labyrinth, The Goonies, Neverending Story, Sin City, Children of Men, Boondock Saints, Pride and Prejudice, The English Patient, The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, there's really no point in going on... it would take forever to read and I won't do that to you. I also really enjoy watching documentaries on the history channel, National Geographic, Discovery/Discovery Health, Animal Planet and the science channel. I feel that the majority of what is aired on television is made to be influential to the general public and I take what I learn with a grain of salt.

I am a truth seeker. I believe there is more to be seen than what lies on the surface.

I have 3 tattoos, they all represent something I strongly believe in. I like comic books, graphic novels,unsweet tea, flip flops, cold weather, swimming in the ocean at night, fantasy/sci-fi toys/movies, dark imported beer and irish whiskey (prior to the little one). I listen to all different types of music, anything from Enya to Foo Fighters. My favorite band is Flogging Molly, they're amazing live. I used to go to a lot of concerts, comic book conventions, out to the movies and various other awesome social endeavors but it's been a while. Being a single mom changes things ever so slightly.

I put 'friends' as what I'm looking for because honestly that's a good place to start. I want to get to know someone before I make the decision to build a relationship with them. I'm not in any hurry.
