I am opening up here and being honest, true, and from the heart.

I am a caring, honest, compassionate, genuine gentleman (with still a little badboy).
I enjoy giving flowers, cards, and even write poems sometimes. Open doors, ensure you walk in front of me, respectful and polite.
and I try to take the time to savor the small gifts of life and enjoy.

Things I love in life==
..family and friends--- this is what the good life is about, don't ya think?
...puppies and children (their fresh look at life, and their innocence).
...outdoor activities, kayaking, horse back riding, walks, drives through the country
....BBQ's oh yea, barbeque sauce, macaroni salad, ice tea.
….. camping and kayaking--- smell of morning coffee, the relaxing feel in the calm waters.
.......full moons, starlit nights--the harvest moons, love to lay back and gaze at the stars
...... .road trips/long drives, mini vacations ---unplanned day trips, weekend get-a-ways.
.........laughter--I go by a line I heard in the John Travota movie Michael =="you got to learn to laugh, it’s the way to true love"
……..swap meets, garage sales, bingo, exploring nature, stupid jokes..

I find it hard getting to meet someone. I don't do much clubs/bars or parties, well dinner parties I very much enjoy, karaoke I like to do (not to good, but I think I am). So I am trying the 'internet dating/meeting' thing.

Please NOte: for those women that list "want a caring, a passionate, an understanding man" and end up going for the same 'bad boy stud guy', thinking they can save/change fix him -- do NOT reply.
I know how to care, love, to be compassionate, patience, and faithful.
I don’t need saving, just a friend, a companion, a true woman.
