I'm a young professional guy who is trying to put in shape my personal life as much as I have done my professional life. I am into other young smart guys who know what they want out of life.

I truly adore people who have the ability to love and who do not let pride get in the way of letting other people know how much they care for them. I broke up with my ex about 4 months ago, and came out of that relationship knowing more about myself and having grown immensely. I don't think that I am all that complex of a person, but I have grown to realize that I am looking to get into a relationship with someone who can complement my life...who will fit in with my friends and family...and who truly believes that when one gets into a relationship it is for life. Through the thick or thin, through good times and bad, we should always be there for each other.

Dating to me is always awkward. Does he like me? Does he hate me? Does he look like his picture? Does he have annoying habits? Does he smell good? Does he have a cute smile? All of these questions are answered on the first date.

Lets just get this out of the way. I definitely appreciate someone who is good looking, but looks are not everything. I do have a soft spot for guys of Indian ancestry, but have also found many very attractive guys of other races who are as appealing (or sometimes even more) because they expose themselves to other cultures and are open to trying something new that may be out of their comfort zone.

Having said that, my ideal match has already figured out what he wants to be when he grows up, and is probably well on the way to achieving that. As a young professional myself, I want to be with someone who can be comfortable in their own skin, who is proud of their achievements, but who also realizes that life is about finding happiness and love, and not just money.

My ideal date would be very simple. Coffee and dessert at a place where we can sit down and talk. I want to know what makes you tick and hopefully share with you a little about my life. This way we can begin to understand each other and hopefully one day find someone with whom the conversation never ends!
