I am a single mother of 3...both of my older children are out in the world now with just my three year old and his pets at home. I am trying to get back into the world again but find that, at the ripe old age of 41, it's not nearly so easy as it used to be. I am not looking for quick little hookups or one night parties. I am also not looking for a u-haul on the second date. I AM looking for somebody for me...somebody that I can care for and about and connect with. I have, over the last few years, isolated myself to a degree I have to change. I want to find a bit of happiness for myself. I have all these emotions to give and nobody handy to give them too. I need to meet somebody that wants an emotional connection.... somebody who wants a future as a couple and is willing to dedicate to that. My son is my world but there is room to add in my heart. As a general rule, I am a happy and easy going person. I wouldn't call myself a pacifist but I would have to rank pretty close. I absolutely hate arguing and conflict wears me out. I work hard and love my job. When I get home at night I like to watch movies or sitcoms or spend some quality time discussing anything, everything or nothing at all. I love the mountains and spend as much time there as I can manage. I want my son to have the same appreciation for nature as I do. There are times when I simply have to go for a walk in the mountains or climb a rock just to see what I can see from the top. How about a picnic and a walk...park or mountains with a creek or lake nearby. A beautiful sunset and lots of quiet conversation as we get to know one another...
