Right now, I am in school and can't wait to graduate in February 2010. I have two boys and they are everything to me. I work on my days that I am not in school and fit in a social life when I can.

I suppose, if I were to have a character reference on me, alot of those I know would say, I am kind, understanding, compassionate, hopelessly romantic, hard working, dependable and can think "outside the box". I have had some fantastic partners in my life and have learned much from each. Raising my boys has taught me so much more about men and I really think I get it now (hehehe).

Points to remember:
1. Don't nag
2. Let him have his space
3. Give him time to think before looking for a response (walk with him, walking stimulates the thought process in the brain)
4. Don't make him guess what you want or try to read your mind (although this is a bonus if he can talent this)
5. Let him open your door and do the same for him
6. Buy him flowers every once in a while, why not eh'
7. Did I say, don't nag him..........
8. And for heaven sakes.........you can't change him unless he wants to change so stop trying to fix him or change him.........if he will, he will and if he won't and you cannot live with this.......well, what does this tell you.........

In know way do I think I have it all figured out..........just have discovered some points to remember and try to respect and live by. Thanks to my boys, I know I will be a much better partner.

I know what I don't want......pain, dishonesty, unfaithfullness, belittling, tit for tat, and someone trying to change me............

Friends, partners, family, associates, work relations.........all deserve healthy communication and understanding....we are not built the same, nor are we programmed the same. Celebrating differences and having the competance to accept this, is a great way to be.

What ever feels right for the two of us. We will figure it out.
