I recently moved here from Phoenix to be able to enjoy being outside in gorgeous weather. I love going to the beach, hiking, and meandering around the city. I recently ran my first 1/2 marathon in San Francisco, and when I have time, I enjoy practicing yoga, traveling, and I love, love, love going salsa dancing. In the past few years I have spent quite a bit of time living in and visiting countries in Central and South America. My next big trip is either going to be Argentina, or Italy and Spain, I haven't quite figured that one out yet.

I am currently teaching kindergarten which has kept me very busy and I haven't had much time to get to meet new people and go to new places, so I am hoping to fix that. I have lived in NYC, Phoenix, and Costa Rica within the last 6 years and I am hoping to stick around this area for quite awhile. I have been working on writing a childrens book in the past few years and hope to finally publish it one day in the near future.

I have fulfilled most of my dreams thus far by taking advantage of and creating opportunities for myself and I have been very fortunate for these opportunities in my life. I am now looking to fulfill my desire to meet someone who is my best friend, someone who challenges and supports me to try new things and be a better person, and someone who is committed to their family and friends. I am generally a happy person and am hoping to meet someone who also has an optimistic take on life. I strive to lead the life that I want barring any obstacles that may present themself. And I am known to bake stellar cookies. :)

I would probably pick a place downtown to drink/eat outside and then leave it open to walk around, maybe visit a museum or walk through a park, or something a bit more fun and lively like mini-golfing would be great too.
