Life for me like most people in our society can be hectic at times, work is always busy but then it pays the bills for the fun parts of life. I travel as much as I can, in the last 2 years I have been to Stockholm, Italy (work trips), London twice (to visit my sis and her family), spent two months traveling on my own in through Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand, met up with a friend and spent 2 weeks of that climbing in Thailand (fun!), stopped in Vancouver to visit friends, had a family reunion in Trinidad, went climbing in Jasper for 10 days and spent the last long weekend in the Adirondacks climbing.

Then there is biking, kayaking and occasional running to round out the activities. Cooking is fun, but more fun to cook for company.
