i'm into fast cars and making them go faster, photography, food, hiking, roadtrips, people watching. i value strong people with strong opinions. i like to argue (that has such negative connotations, though.... 'intellectually spar' is probably more fitting)... challenging people - and being challenged back - is the only real way to grow.

lastly, i don't care about sports. at all. ladies, if this is appeals to you, carpe f'ing diem, because i think there are about 5 of us on the planet that possess this character trait.

stuff i like...

movies: blazing saddles, young frankenstein, airplaine, superbad, kentucky fried movie... i mean, i can talk about the brilliance of citizen kane or the cultural relevance of uhh, crash, but in the end, i'm most happy with 14 year old crude humor.

music: all over the map... superchunk, the pixies, beck, go sailor, bikini kill, bratmobile, the clash, iggy pop, the misfits, operation ivy, ccr, ANYTHING MOTOWN, sinatra, dean martin, lou monte, disco, funk, SLAYER, soul... i was also a house dj (as in the music, not the venue) for over 10 years, so yeah...

first dates are best when they're ultra casual and full of conversation.

mini golf, apple picking, hitting a museum or art show, a brewery for wings and beer... the grown up, stuffy, expensive dinner stuff can wait.
