I no longer work and have a lot of free time to pursue my interests. My days are often spent at home working on my historic house near downtown. I like to read, play music and exercise. I like to watch movies, particularly foreign and classic. Weather permitting I ride my motorcycle, hike, or visit friends. I have two children. A 23 yr old son lives nearby and we spend some time together. My daughter, lives away but I do get to see her a couple of times a year. I was entirely too young, 19, when I first married. It didn't last too long. I was then unmarried for close to 15 years. That was an independent and adventurous time which I loved. I remarried at 40 and remained married for about 14 years. That was a time of family and career. I loved that too. Since my divorce in 2000 I've returned to those carefree days. The difference is that now I'm a little wiser and have the financial means to take me further in my adventures and interests. I'm independent but I enjoy sharing that kind of life with a woman. My kids are grown, mostly, and can take care of themselves. I still keep my son's room open for him.
In the evening I am often out on the town, socializing with friends and enjoying live music, particularly blues and jazz. I like to dance. I have traveled a lot in the last two years including Asia and Latin America. I'm always open to adventure. I have a good life. I enjoy the company of women and love giving them my attention. I've never tried a dating service before. I'd like to expand my horizons. I'm open to a longer term relationship but I'm not necessarily seeking that. Getting together on a date or for some activity and seeing where it goes is a good start. You'll find me to be a good conversationalist and listener and someone to have fun with.

I am very non-traditional. The first date could very well be a ride on the motorcycle or meeting for coffee. The possibilities are endless.
