Don is one totally laid back, respectful, cordial, polite, witty, entertaining dude! This is Don's roommate writing this & forcing him to dive into this pool of fish with you, so please don't be shy & let him know you're happy to find him here! Seriously though, I'm divorced with a 2 1/2 year old boy, and I had to get a roommate to pay all the bills, and I'm so lucky Don needed a place to stay! I couldn't ask for a nicer guy to have around with my son here. He's not at all who you would pick to embody so many elements of the Big Lebowski, but this dude abides!

Don found his calling in the service industry when he ditched the corporate world and dove into bar tending at Second City. He stuck around for almost 10 years, and in fact you may still find him checking up on the crowd at Corcoran's or Old Town Ale House. One day a good friend urged Don to submit a resume to Southwest Airlines, and little did he know it, but he landed a really awesome job! Don's great at what he does, and enjoys it too. If you were stuck on a plane next to Don, you would not be bored!

As far as a little this n' that, Don recently aquired an iphone & in doing so has rediscovered access to all kinds of music. Don's got a pretty silly and totally goofy sense of humor. He'll slide all kinds of deadpan, low key sarcasm past you, and if you catch on, you'll both be cracking up! Moviewise Don's favs are: Arthur, Boogie Nights (WTF Don?), Shaun of the Dead, and um... sorry ladies, but I can't get him to think of one romantic comedy to put on the top of the list, but don't let that scare you, cause he's totally patient and won't put up much of a fight when it's your choice!

Now a word from me. First off, I'd like to thank my roommate for the kind words and for getting me started on plenty of fish.
This is the first time I've used an internet dating service. I'm a bit of a dreamer and always imagined simply meeting the right person under the right circumstances at the right time, but he has convinced me that there's nothing wrong with helping those circumstances by getting my information out there in an arena where others are looking for the same things I am in a relationship.
As you've seen already, I am a flight attendant, so my work schedule is very different from the normal 9 to 5. I'm usually gone two or three days at a time, but I also have the luxury of rearranging my days in order to have five to seven days off in a row every month. Being that I travel for a living, I enjoy spending time off close to home.
I'm a native Chicagoan, so I have many close friends. I believe a persons friends are a true reflection of that person, and I'm proud to say I have great, caring, trustworthy, creative and genuine friends.

I'd like to keep things casual for a first date. I'm comfortable in neighborhood bars or pubs, where we can have a drink, maybe have a bite and a game of darts/pinball/pool. Mainly, somewhere where we can talk for a bit. If things click, and we decide we'd like to see where it goes, we can go see some live music, a live theatre production or a movie and talk about that over breakfast. (I love 24 hour breakfast diners!)
