Hi there...
I'm from Michigan originally, I dropped out of WMU to move to Hawaii. I lived on Maui for 3 years, went to culinary school while I was there, among other things. After graduating with bachelors degree from the school of life, and moved to Chicago over a year and a half ago chasing a dream, and looking something different. I'm currently working on my masters thesis in the school of reality, and in doing so, made some big decisions and decided I'm taking the high road outta here to go back to school to increase my stock value in the world. I am working/currently planing on applying to law school in the next year and a half.

I manage banquets at a high volume establishment, so I meet many interesting people every day...but not usually the type I am looking for. Most people take me for a young looking 30 year old, I guess people are just not used to someone my age who dresses nice and can effortlessly carry on a conversation with all walks of life. Because of these factors I normally don't get to socialize with ladies my own age. Its either because of, "A" the think I'm way older, "B" ,I work/hang out with with mostly middle aged people, or "C"...nm, lets just hope its A or B

I'm looking to meet someone to get to know me for me, not me for what I do or who I know.

I don't spam,facebook,blog,etc...I think these things are the demise of our generation; they ruin social skills, contribute to being overly self absorbed,anti-social, and enable sheep-like behavior...subliminally reprogramming human minds to forget what reality feels like, and to forget how to be a "human"..."we ain't nothing but mammals"...right? I live to experience life...

I don't follow sports and try not to follow pop culture, so don't plan on asking me if I caught "da bears" game, ...but if you're a creative, smart, independent-thinking woman, I'm sure you'll find some way to get my attention.
Don't get me wrong...If you have what it takes to spark an interest...I'd like to get to know you...

PS...I'm pretty charismatic,confident, and very good looking...
I think it's dumb and self absorbed to dress up and pose for pictures to post online...nor do I make it a point to be photographed...what you see is just what I happen to have on my flash drive from my camera...I think I have like 6 pics of myself out of thousands...

Date? I don't think we're there yet...but ideally one not planned or thought out too much. I'd like to be surprised as to where there vibes direct us. Maybe get stuck in a the moment and forget what time is...lots of laughs, and long- not- so-awkward silences just enjoying each other...
