I've lived in St. Louis for about 5 years now and I recently bought a house in the South County area. I work downtown for a large consulting firm. My work generally takes up quite a bit of my time and I travel at times during the week so it would be nice to make some new connections here. I'm really social when I'm not working and spend a lot of time out and about with friends. Some places you might find me are Roxane's in Clayton, Bar Louie in Kirkwood, or Lucas Park downtown. I like to listen to live music so I like to go to concerts or establishments that cater to live music. In the summers I enjoy going to the Lake of the Ozarks, mountain biking, and hiking. Travel is also a hobby of mine. I try to take a couple of trips a year to places I haven't been to. Cardinal's and Royals baseball along with Chiefs football are also a big deal to me.

I've had great luck with relationships in the past and even though they didn't work out I feel the experience has always helped further define the person that I am looking for. I'm looking for someone who likes to do stuff together but isn't put off when I do stuff independently. I prefer to surround myself with people from all different backgrounds and life situations that way I can see the many sides of life.

I prefer a no pressure, casual situation where nobody feels uncomfortable or awkward. I think having a drink and chatting someplace is a good start.
