Definately not a high maintenance type of gal. I have a great career that I enjoy and a wonderful family I love. I enjoy the outdoors and can always find something to do. I work hard and play easy. I'm a little bit tom-boyish. I can drive a stick shift (and grab rubber in all gears) and change my own oil, but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate having the door opened for me and flowers "just because".
I love summer in the Upper Pennisula. Hiking, Fishing, Swimming, Boating and sitting by the campfire all night listening to the woods and water, looking at the stars and moon, laughing and enjoying my family and friends.
I've basically been on my own for a long time. I'm shy but passionate, opinionated but tolerant. I'm patient but determined, self-reliant but grounded. I'm just your basic, all-around girl next door, and I've never been introduced to a Mom that didn't like me!

I can pretty much find a good time in most anything. It's all a frame of mind and what you want to make of it.
