Laugh often, Like yourself, Live well, and Love much!
My name's Robert. My brother's my best friend in the whole freakin world! I'm a well based person with a very random sense of humor.

Love the outdoors. My main hobby is music, I love writing, singing, and playing all types of music immensely. Without it the world would be a very sad place. I play mostly acoustic rock, some christian contemporary, and a little bit of blues is always necessary...
I love writing (even though I rarely have time for it anymore) because even just writing this introduction, I understand myself better. I love writing music because it expresses a side of yourself that otherwise would remain hidden.
Do you ever look at your "matches" on here and wonder "Who the Hell picks these things?!" LOL Me too...
I'm a sometimes painfully honest person, even with myself. I believe that you should never sugarcoat the truth or even the essence of the truth. I'm a firm believer in setting good habits for yourself, and changing bad habits. Setting goals in life should start with yourself, then financial or whatever else. If you can change your own self, you can change the world.
My most important aspirations at the time being are to experience life in general; travel, enjoy someone's company, meet new people, see the world, and for the next few years at least; save some lives. Long term goals include finding a good person to laugh and generally enjoy life with, and get back to family life before I get too much older lol. Missing family time is the hardest thing about the military. But most importantly I want to make a good friend, because true relationships are based on good friendships.
So there's my well hidden serious side, don't get too used to it... the end... lol
I want to buy a boat and sail around the world, sell the boat and live somewhere beautiful and remote, and then who knows? Buy an airplane and fly somewhere else?
I'm currently in the Army, just getting ready to deploy actually. Very busy schedule right now, so I don't have much time time for dating. That's mostly why I figured I'd check this out. I love running and working out, being outdoors, sittin outside at night drinkin a

or a glass of wine and good friends...

I always give money to the Bell Ringer's outside the supermarket.

Probably a nice little coffeeshop (Did somebody say Starbucks?)or some place totally random but casual to see if there's any chemistry, talk a little, get to know someone. If all's well, then definitely dinner because I love eating out. We could either try something new, or grab something from the hot dog stand and eat in the park and feed the ducks... Go skydiving, paintballing, bunjee jumping, karaoke singing, It's all about the company...
I enjoy so many types of cuisine, but not cheap food. 5 star taste on an Army budget lol. But a good second date could definitely be somewhere nicer, and if a 3rd was in order, I would have to cook for you! And the oxymoron to all this is I can't really do much dating for a while, I just relocated to Germany for a 3 yr tour of duty, and havin loads of fun! Hence the reason listed on my profile is "Friends" Ah cruel world...
Sorry but please don't message me if you're looking for the love of your life here, I'm just looking for some good friends. Love comes on it's own. I also think it would be unfair to lead anyone on because I am going to be in Germany or somewhere overseas for the next 3 years. But please message if you enjoy meeting good people.
