I can't tell a joke to save my life, but laugh raucously when I hear a good one. I've learned that there is a lesson in every encounter if only you are patient and wise enough to hear it. Great conversation is stimulating, but silence is rejuvenating and both are essential to well being. Kareoke is addictive...
Perhaps it is apparent that I don't like labels, prefer descriptors, and that I shun black and white thinking. There is a great deal that I have done so far in life (including being mother to wonderful children and running a successful business). I have been so fortunate, and live a wonderful, happy life - I want to share that with someone with a very similar outlook and situation. There remains so much to see and do, and like Gracey and George, so much better as two who are able and willing to let the other shine through.
My passions include music (love to sing but no plans to quit my day job), long drives in the country, slow runs on the weekend, science, dancing, Canadian authors, perfect mitred corners, and so much more...it has been hard meeting someone compatible and I'll bet you have had similar difficulties in here.
