Hi, I'm a sociable sort of guy with a good sense of humour and can see the light side of most situations. I'm a degree educated bloke who's well spoken and intelligent enough to have an opinion on most subjects...

MUSIC: I like most stuff from rock, pop, indie to classical. In fact it's easier to say what I don't like - abstract jazz, black drive-by shooting music and hysterical shouty female singers – that means anyone called Witney, Mariah, Celene or Leona...

SPORT: Not really interested in football so you won't hear me boring you with the offside rule or people who mince about & kiss each other on the pitch... Ooops, I've offended half the population, but, hey, if you're a bloke and you shave your legs, then you bloody deserve it....

INTERESTS: Music, socialising, cinema, DIY, keeping (reasonably) fit, countryside pursuits, horse riding, shooting and all things mechanical - especially cars. Cooking's still a black art to me so I’ve yet to get to grips with this area of expertise. Some grown-up supervision is always appreciated here...

FILM/TV: Any mindless rubbish (usually American) with lots of car chases, explosions and foxy babes.

BOOKS: I read when necessary but generally of the opinion that reading is for people who don’t enjoy sex or have nothing to do...

I'm looking for a genuine woman who's intelligent, confident with a good sense of humour (she'd have to be if she was with me!) and doesn't take herself too seriously.... Parental experience is desirable as is the ability to communicate....
