I'm usually on the run on the weekends. I just returned from a visit to Panama, where I got to see both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans in one afternoon. Crossing the Canal was great, but I admit that trekking through the jungle with only a backpack and a compass was the highlight.

People who know me describe me as a chameleon ... I'm as comfortable in flip flops on a beach as I am in a tuxedo at a fancy dinner. I am at ease with life, although I work hard and look to grow in my career, studies, and social circles.

This weekend I'll be having a beer, hanging out with friends, walking though a park, and . . .
