Hey there, I'm Mark.

I love my friends and family; without them I'd be nothing...but a really lonely guy, and that would make me pathetic. My sister is one of my closest friends. My dad is the most incredible guy I've ever known. My mom is insane, but I love her anyway.

After spending six months in Charlotte, NC...thanks to this ever-so-wonderful economy, I've done the coolest thing any 24 year old can do--move back in with their parents. If that's not OK with you, I totally understand. It's a temporary thing while I try to find a new job though, and it's definitely not where I thought I'd be when I graduated college last year. Remember how they told us as kids all we needed for a good job was to go to college?

I've done a lot in my time....traveled, learned a foreign language, lived overseas, lived in LA (which is kind of like another country, actually)...driven across the USA. Life is pretty good! Now it's time to really grow up.

I love to go places where conversation can happen. Something like a coffee shop, or just walking around in a park, is a great way to get to know people. Beyond that, it's really about who you're with, not what you're doing.
