I prefer black men, but I am not prejudice. I will get to know anyone who is worth it. It says to talk about myself and my hobbies, so here is how I see myself... I have a twisted sense of humor. (I blame growing up with older brothers.) I will always help a friend if I can. I will not lie, cheat or steal from anyone, ever. I am extremely hardheaded. I want what I want, when I want it. I think everyone is like that, but some people wont say it. I schedule everything. I hate to be made to wait. If you ask me to do something, it's gets done on time and perfectly. Very detail oriented. I am highly driven. When I find what I want, I work hard to get it.
Nothing in my life has ever been perfect or easy. However I still have managed to make it this far. I have some wonderful friends, a well behaved son and hopefully a great new job.
My hobbies are bowling, karaoke, walking, swimming and watching sitcoms and sports.I love to watch a few good games on the weekends with a few drinks and some junk food.
I want to spend my time with someone special. What I want in a man, honesty and respect. He must be willing to put forth the effort. I want a man who is ready to settle down WHEN he finds the right one. I'm not expecting to be perfect for everyone, not everyone is perfect for me. I don't care where you work, but I'm happy when the bills get paid. I don't care if you have hubcaps or rims, but you have to be able to get here to see me once in a while.
I work a lot and I have a 9year old son. So when I do have time, I want to spend it with someone I love and who loves me. I want someone who will go dancing at the club or bowling if that's what the mood is. Someone I respect and who respects me. Someone sweet and maybe a bit nasty. LOL. Someone who knows where he is going in life. He doesn't have to already be there, but he knows the direction. A man who treats me like I should be treated and wants to be treated very well in return. Please no hook ups, or casual dating. I want someone who seriously wants to find someone long term.

UPDATED 11/8/2009 A perfect date should always show up... A perfect first date should let your true personality show. Sitting across from a stranger at a table in a quiet restaurant only works if your the shy quiet type. I am not the shy quiet type. I would rather meet at the bowling alley or to play some pool. Have a few drinks, and show your competitive side. Your humor, and to see if you can keep up with all the smack I talk when I'm losing. LOL. It should be fun not stressful. That's the only way to really get to know someone. Now don't get me wrong, I love the potato skins at the bowling alley. But if you can handle losing to a girl, we can work on dinner dates later. Ha ha ha. I'm just playing. I'm not good but it's bowling, no one cares.
