Ok.
The past decade of my life has been an interesting adventure, I've been around the world a couple times, lived in several countries, and have a million stories to tell about it, (maybe too many, since I just got back to the USA a few months ago).
I just got back to New England after a few years, and, as would be expected, everyone I used to know has either disappeared or has a busy busy life with their jobs and children and adult stuff like that.
I am not a lazy person, unless I want to be.
I jump out of bed in the morning and try to find something interesting to do, like explore a graveyard or build a moped. In the evenings I pass the time reading books, or sitting back with an interesting film and a glass of wine. (I favor just about every genre, so long as the film wont make me wish for my 90 minutes back.) Anything with Zombies fascinates me, especially the many ways a simple outbreak of the undead can be worked into a film, either making it better or simply ridiculous.

I have an eclectic taste in music, ranging from unknown 80s Japanese polka bands to Gregorian Death Chants, anything that sounds good and isn't a blatant attempt to make money. Or sometimes music that just makes me laugh. I used to be in the band, but I got bored of the endless drama.

Chic-Salvation Army fashion sense, my closet resembles a time capsule. I'd like to think I'm neat, but deep down inside I know I will always be 5 years behind the cool kids, and I don't care. I still enjoy Saturday morning cartoons and I read too much Dostoevsky. My hair is insane and I like it that way. I think I have a good sense of humor, but not everyone gets the joke.

#2 Goals and Aspirations...ugh... Right now, I am working in the tasting room of a local winery. I've helped make hundreds of gallons of wine and tasted the same damn bottle of cabernet franc more times than I'd like to admit. But, I love the work, and may soon further my education in that field. Overall, I like doing whatever I want. I have lots of random skills, so, after a good long think, or a flip of a coin, I somehow manage to get where I want to be in life. Or, I've just been incredibly lucky so far.

Hmmm. What type of person am I looking for? I'm really not sure. I do like women who are self-motivated, courageous, interesting, and happy with themselves and their lot. I can't deal with too much negativity, as I have none, and it gives me heartburn. To contradict myself, I also like sarcasm, quirks, and dark humor... a lot.

That's my paragraph. I'm never fully satisfied with it. So I've edited the thing a thousand times.

Extras:
I play a bunch of instruments and pretend to sing. To kill my bouts of boredom, I brew copious amounts of beer in my basement and experiment a lot with food (Kimchi, Yogurt, etc..). I am intrigued by the chemistry involved, and I get to pretend I am a mad scientist, just like that guy on Beakman's World, but without the alcoholic Jersey-shore rat...usually.

I'd like to break the standard and do something new, like going to an aquarium or a tattoo convention. Anything involving some conversation and an entertaining atmosphere. Or at a cool dive bar or coffee shop you might know.
