At first glance I appear to be a woman of contradictions. My friends refer to me as crazy but add that it is in a good way. I laugh a lot, and feel that laughter heals most ailments! I am basically a Woods Hippie/but not a tree hugger type. I like to debate whatever issue might be at hand so I am looking for someone who has passable communication skills. I am open minded and have a rather twisted sense of humor. I am the type of person that still believes one person can make a difference. I enjoy a lot of things, too many to list so just throw a few ideas my way and we can go from there. I am not into sports but have no problem entertaining myself if others are. I do enjoy my television and computer. I enjoy lazy days around the house with an occasional glass of wine. I quilt and sew in the winter and home improvement projects in the summer. I enjoy traveling although like all women I always pack too much! I like taking in the local color when I travel - snap shots in my mind to look back on. I enjoy finding special little things at garage sales for friends and family. I am very out going. I am honest to a fault. My mouth gets me in trouble once in a while - but who's doesn't. I am looking for the new experience - not the same old same old. I like almost all kinds of music, at least a little of each. I would say my favorite music moods would lean towards the blues. I used to read a lot however my eyes have grown old and tiered now. Write me and we shall see.

I would prefer not to describe a first date. I would much rather be surprised! I think each date should take on a life of it's own. I think getting to know someone is very important, but having fun doing it is more important. I guess a first date sounds too up tight for my liking. I guess I am not into nervous situations and a "first date" sounds very tense like an interview. Not my style! Ask me to go and do something. A fair, a get together, a rodeo, something fun.
