In excess #3 may be: impulsive, interrupts, easily bored, poor with details and follow up, scattered.

Bear:
Characteristics: wise, evaluates merits of ideas, good editor, loves theory, analytical, introspective
Favorite saying: "I think"
In excess #4 may be: unable to decide, too judgmental, overwhelm others with facts and details, slow to try new things, stubborn, can suffer from analysis paralysis.
