Let's start with music: eclectic-old standards, hiphop, R&B, rock, musicals, some jazz, country, dance-pop.
Hobbies: sewing, all kinds of crafts with focus now on re-finishing wood pieces and making pillows. Love gardening but it has been a hard transition to desert gardening. Who knew all that rain back in the Midwest was good for most the plants I like to grow.

Why am I unique? because my DNA says I am. I used to believe I had to be "nice" and say nothing to upset or hurt anyone else. Now I have discovered people will still like me for speaking the truth as long it is done with love and compassion. And, sometimes, the love is the tough love variety. And do I really need everyone to like me?? NO--I don't like everyone. What a liberating concept. what else--my career makes me unique. My primary patient population is dying sooner rather than in the misty future. Hospice nursing is my avocation and my vocation. Finally, a good fit for me and nursing. My personality is upbeat without the sugarcoating. It is amazing how many people still lie to those who desparately need the truth.
You know my career goals. How about my personal goals? I see a very happy man in my future. Just the right one however....I am picky and like high quality people. So if you are high quality, bring it on.

Hiking when my knee gets better which should be very soon. Go to the Zoo? Botanical garden? walk downtown Tempe and eat at Montys (did I spell that right?)
