I have to admit that I'm an old school guy with old school values...which means I am honest and "grounded". I write songs and perform around the Denton area with good friends. Performing and listening to live music, dancing, cooking, and fishing are priority items on my to do list. I guess you could say that I am a "spaghetti western"...my father grew up as a cowboy in West Texas and my mother is pure Italian, and I graduated from high school in Naples, Italy. FYI: I think I'm a pretty good chef, especially when it comes to home-made Italian.
Over the past 2+ years most of my time has been taking care of my mother who passed away this past September. I have not been dating or involved with anyone for quite a few years so venturing into this site feels a little intimidating however I am comfortable with myself and I am super easy to get along with. I am the proud father of 3 beautiful daughters...2 in college and the youngest is a Junior in high school.

I taught and coached high school for 7 years; was in sales and marketing in the western apparel industry for 17 years; and, spent 15+ years in professional rodeo production, promotion, and marketing.

I won't waste your time and energy on things that don't matter. I am a cancer (leukemia) survivor and have been in remission and in really good health for 2 years now. That experience has left me with a greater appreciation for family, friends, and time well spent. I have always considered myself a romantic and I am terminally optimistic. Sharing good humor, good food, and good music add up to a good time and a great relationship. Bottom line....Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile.

We can do whatever you want and feel comfortable with...movie, resturant, etc. Hard to say what might happen on a first date except that we'll probably know within the first five minutes whether we hit it off or not...Dopo di che, vedremo(which in Italian means "after that, we'll see").
