Recently moved to town for a number of complicated reasons (all revolving around the health of family members). Not sure if i'll be staying, or for how long I'll be here...meeting a special person could greatly affect that decision. While my reason for being here is complicated, I as a person am not. I'm straight forward, ULTRA loyal, and by all other's accounts a typical "man". That is to say I like sports, cars/motorcycles, outdoorsy things, and am fairly handy. I'm also ex-military. Lots of people say they would risk their life for something, I've actually done it...so I have little tolerance for those who are needlessly whiney, needy and ignorant. I read A LOT and am a bit of a closet nerd. I also see humor in EVERYTHING, but I do know when to be serious. All my female friends say I'm the best listener ever...I can sit still for 3 straight hours nodding as a woman talks AND ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTION to what she says. I'm clean cut and conservative, no facial hair or tattoos. Most people say I look like I'm in my late 20s. While I'm not a fitness model, I'm in good shape and run 15-20 miles a week. My female friends have rated me a 6-7 on the 1-10 scale...I've caught the eye of beautiful women in the past, but I'm not Brad Pitt. If looks are super important to you (be honest!), don't waste our time. likewise, I'm looking for a woman with similarly suttle/simple good looks. No high-maintenance prima donnas please. When I tell a woman she looks beautiful I want it to be appreciated, not expected.
