Its crazy to think that in the four years I have been in Denver, it only feels like one. The state is amazing and keeps you on your toes at all times regardless of the season; my kind of thing! So, more often then not (and its ok if you don't), you will find me on the slopes, on a 14er, on a mtn bike trail, at the park or at a local venue for a show (Cervantes, Owsleys, Dulcinea's, Bluebird, etc). Very rarely do I stay inside unless one of my teams are playing or the Office is on. That considered, I'll also stay in for 30 rock and then ensure I have Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia set to record. Music is a big passion of mine, and my tastes vary, but bluegrass/rock/reggae top the list. I absolutely love to go see live shows. I try and learn songs on my guitar, but end up playing the same thing over and then drift to my own riffs that I randomly make up. I like cooking and trying new recipes, and I have found out to be a diverse cook really does take skill. I'm a jokester. You will always find me saying something funny or off the wall, but you will laugh at it. Or at me. Either way, you'll laugh. Believe it or not, I like to read also. I have been on a climbing/mountaineering theme lately mostly because that is what interests me, but a CNN article here and there can do the trick sometimes, too. All in all, my friends and I are always out doing something interactive which never makes for a dull moment...


I am looking for a someone who is laid back and down to earth. Someone who loves to laugh and have a good time whether it be in the mtns, when I burn some food on the stove or endlessly argue my wronged opinion on something that I know is wrong just to save face. I would like to meet someone who likes to get out and experience what life has to offer. I love introducing someone to new things that they may have never done before, especially when it comes to recommending new music.

Most certainly I will plan something interactive. The usual dinner and/or drink is alright, but just talking to a person is not going to give you as good of a feel because you have no idea if they are telling you the truth or just telling you what you want to hear. Real live situations produce real live feedback which is always best. In addition, it almost always makes for a much more fun date!
