I am a quality person who seeks the same. Honesty and respect are both high on my list of things I offer and look for, if they are not high on your list then we're probably not right for each other.

I think what is truly important is not looking for somebody that I share hobbies and/or music with; it is finding the right person. If the person is right the activity is always right. No amount of shared interests can make up for a lack of chemistry. Also, I would like to do new things and learn new things, just because I don't list something doesn't mean I would't try it at least once.

Relationships of any kind are based on communication. I communicate honestly and would ask that you do the same. I get a lot of enjoyment and amusement out of life. I like to share what I find funny and would look forward to learning what you find funny as well. Laughter is always part of good times.

Ok, somewhere in here I think it is important to mention things that I like to do at this time. I enjoy going out and watching live sporting events (Lakers season now), eating out at places that range from nice restaurants to holes in the wall (so long as the food is great), Miniature Golf, going for walks, browsing the shelves at a Bookstore, going to Disneyland, and running. I also enjoy time at home relaxing or playing a board game. Oh yeah, and I cook as well!

A first date is a chance to get to know another person. I am really open to any venue that would include conversation. To me the point of the first date is for each person to determine whether a second date is worth the effort.
