Interests
I love to run and travel and through my crazy running group, the Hash House Harriers (the has refers to food, not drugs, always think I need to explain that, I frequently combine the two. I don't know how I can run through the streets of Chiang Mai without getting lost but frequently get turned around in LA.

I enjoy hiking with my friends and my dog, especially on trails in Palos Verdes.

I'm a big sports fan, especially SC football and Indiana University basketball, but I'll watch just about anything.

But I also love art museums. I've been a LACMA member for ages. I enjoy music of all kinds. I was an LA Philharmonic subscriber for years and enjoy the South Bay Civic Light Opera. I listen to everything from Pink Martini to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Coldplay.

I'm active in my community. I'm currently doing the Leadership Manhattan Beach class and on a Manhattan Beach Dog Advisory Committee, funny name but good committee.

I love good food, wine, backyard barbecues and parties. I'm originally from Canada, grew up in the the Midwest and now live in Manhattan Beach, where I raised my daughter.

What am I looking for? Well, gray hair would be a plus. I'm recently divorced from a younger man. Although the relationship did last 20 years.

So, yes, I'm new to this.
