Update 11/5...To answer the question before it gets asked again...no, this is actually me...I am upfront with everything and anything (that can be good and bad, but that is me)...been asked many questions and answered them honestly...I have seen and been through a lot and yes I know what I want. Not that I am not willing to bend a little but you have to understand that I am looking for someone who I can truly trust and be honest with. Oh, and yes I can cook...my dad was a chef at Hotel Hershey and I learned from him.

Well, how does one come up with who they are in just a couple sentences? Let me start by telling you what I am looking for in a relationship. I want to meet someone who can be truly honest with me and respect the relationship. A relationship should be built on trust and there should be no lies or games of deceit. Balance of life, work, and family is very important to me. So if you have cheated on someone, like to play mind games, recently seperated, or cannot tell me the truth then please stop here and move on (you are not ready for a relationship). Also, please do not make me a favorite if you do not intend on contacting me.

What I would like in my better half…honesty, trust, caring, spontaneous, can be on time and not. Tattoos are ok, but I am not looking for someone who looks like a piece of artwork. When it comes to looks I have learned that they are not everything. I want to meet someone with a good heart and soul. If you feel the need to put on a coat of make-up just to walk to the store we might have an issue. I look for natural beauty and gorgeous eyes. Eyes can tell you about someone and I have learned to look people in the face and see a lot.

I was brought up in the old ways of treating a lady and hope to get the same treatment in return. Being the middle child I guess I was treated differently. I have been told that I am very easy to get along with, but that is my nature to treat everyone like I want to be treated; remember the "Golden Rule". But there are times I like to sit and have solitude away from the world and share alone time with a special someone whenever possible. I will always be as honest as I can be; why should I hide anything you will eventually find out anyway. I consider my life an open book; I will answer any question that is thrown at me, within reason.

I like to take long walks, go hiking and biking, read a good book, listen to music, camping, take in a good movie, and playing games. When the opportunity presents itself I like to get to know new people and hang out with friends and family. I enjoy going to sporting events, especially local or PA teams. I listen to all kinds of music and like to attend concerts; especially when I know people participating in the performance. Cooking is fun for me and I can wow you with a nice home cooked meal. I do watch TV, but I have no specific shows that I must see and I am not a couch potato; my preference would be to curl up with that special someone and watch movies.

I am not one who likes to hold up inside so on the weekends I like to get out and travel; my attitude is wherever the road takes me is where I end up. Sometimes I will just grab my backpack and throw an outfit or two in and hit the road. I am good with directions and rarely get lost; who needs a GPS…hehe.

Sometimes it is hard for both people to get what they want from a first meeting, but I prefer to meet over coffee or drinks with no real expectations. Although I am looking for a long term relationship, we have to start out with being friends. Should we decide to set up a date, then we can; or we can go right from there.
