A word of caution....I do not like to be called sexy, gorgeous or anything like that by someone I don't know. If in our first conversation you call me any of those it will be a big turn off. Once I get to know someone I don't have a problem with terms of endearment, but not by perfect strangers.

I enjoy movies, hiking, crafts, and cooking. I have 2 cats that I adore. I have two nieces that light up my world. I'm not sure if I want to have children of my own yet, but I'm leaning towards no. I hate to be lied to. I want someone who is willing to communicate when there is a problem, and not hide from it.

My favorite food is my famous sausage lasagna.

I love movies you have to figure out. If at the end of the movie my jaw drops that is an excellent movie. I'm not much into "chick flicks" I do have a few that I like. I much prefer movies like Inside Man, Basic, Vantage Point, and most recently The Prestige.

I love tv shows like NCIS, Criminal Minds, Lost, Lawn & Order CI, Biggest Loser, Monk, and Psych.

Ok sports....I'm not really into sports. My opinion is if it doesn't have puck it isn't a sport. I like to go watch a soft ball game occasionally, but generally given the choice to watch a sport other than hockey I'm going to pass.

I think a good first date would be to have lunch/supper or maybe go for a walk. Something that is conducive to getting to know each other.
