i love music-listening, playing and writing many styles such as folk, folk rock, country rock, americana, alt. country, blues, jazz, standards, old rock and roll, bluegrass, cajun, tex mex, rhythm and blues, jump boogie and classical. i have written songs that have been played on the radio and placed in the basketball hall of fame. i have a b.s. in education and a m.s. also. i have taught reading and english as a secong language to students of grades 1-12 and adults for 30 years. i love nature and have had exhibits of my photographs in galleries. i love to read and write short stories. i enjoy growing things and have been inspired by john chapman, a.k.a., johnny appleseed! i love sports and the outdoors. the mountains and the ocean are majestic works of nature and soothing places for me to be. new england is a magical place and the history and lore of it has always intrigued me. i especially love autumn but also enjoy winter, spring and summer. life is too short to live it alone. too many of us go to bed by themselves every night. everyone deserves a hug and a kiss to end their day. will you get lucky? will i get lucky? will we get lucky together?

i would like to sit by the ocean somewhere and get to know someone over a fine dinner. a nice soothing sunset and a full harvest moon rising would be pleasant touches to the evening!
