Hi. My name is Karessa. I am trying a new site because I haven't had much luck with the other one I've tried. You always hear the stories of how people have met "the one" online so I figured I'd give it a try. I enjoy seeing a great movie (in or out), music (mostly top 40), great restaurants, dancing and singing, small neighborhood pubs where you can actually hold a conversation, going to the lake (anytime spent near a body of water is always a great time), and traveling. I'm pretty easy to please, very laid back and not high maintenance. I love comedy, horror movies and dare I say, chick flicks!
My family and my friends mean the world to me and I enjoy doing anything that involves getting together with them. I have 4 sisters, 1 brother, 9 nieces and nephews, one great niece, and one great nephew. Let's put it this way, it's a roaring good time when we all get together. You must be able to handle the crazyness that comes with it.
I can be very silly at times but know when to turn it off. I am honest, responsible, trushworthy, independant and sensitive to others feelings. I've been called a sweetheart once or twice too. I'm also a little sarcastic but it's all in fun. I would do anything for anyone in need. I love to joke around and have fun. I truly try not to take life too seriously and can find the good in any person or situation. I can easily laugh at myself, because believe me, there are some blonde moments.
The person I am looking for would have to make me laugh. He'd have to be laid back, good hearted, patient, kind and probably most importantly, honest. He'd have to have a good ear and not always try to fix every problem I have. He'd have to have dreams and aspirations but live for today and not for tomorrow. He'd have to not take himself too seriously and never sweat the small stuff. Life's road has lots of speed bumps. The best way to deal with them is to slow down, handle them with caution, and leave them behind.
I'm a single mom of one beautiful 4yr. old! I work full time and spend the rest with my daughter doing anything that sounds fun at the moment. My daughter is my world and I'd like to find someone that can easily fit into the mix. Now that doesn't mean that I wouldn't love some adult time away from her because I know that if I am happy, she will be happier as well. That is why I am trying this website. I am hoping to find someone as friends first. Someone who likes to go out and enjoy anything we do simply because we are in good company. If something special manifests itself, then great.
