I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes (I also read cookbooks - dorky, I know!) I like driving a fun car with a manual transmission on a beautiful day, taking curves in the road. I like people, so meeting people is usually a pleasure for me. I have an innate curiosity, so I oftentimes ask "Why"? to learn more or to understand how someone came to a decision they made for their life. I monitor myself with that as to not be annoying :)

I immensely enjoy animals and the earth's beauty, including land, mountains, sea, and all the fun things to do with it! I get a kick out of water sports, museums, art and bookstores, where I can often get lost for a few hours reading.

I visit pet shops, often with my teenagers, just to play with the animals, and none of us cares what anybody thinks about it :) I love meaningful conversations and debates, and can sometimes become passionate about the topic being discussed. Good wine and beer is delicious, along with good food and excellent company. A good cigar could be a welcome change. For me, not you :) Or we could share. Travel is on my list as well!

The first date depends on many factors, but specifically depends on what I perceive the chemistry is like between us. Good wine and food is an excellent start!
